BARGELLO FEVER

Michelle Crisler, our own guild president-elect, presented Bargello Fever at the July meeting. Michelle is know for her creativity in both quilting and painting. Her talent is evident in the variety of beautiful bargello designs that she shared.  After making her first bargello quilt and learning the technique, she "caught the fever" and continued creating her own designs, using graph paper and complex calculations. 

Michelle demonstrated the endless possibilities that come with simply changing color combinations, adjusting the dimensions, and adding features such as borders.  

Following the guild meeting, Michelle lead a workshop in the afternoon where participants enjoyed getting a start on their own unique bargello quilts.
