September 2025 Show and Share
Each month our Show and Share time is a reminder of the creativity and talent of our members, and September did not disappoint!
-Sharon Johns started us off with her depiction of the Exploding Heart with so many tiny pieces sewn into half-square triangles within and around the heart.
-Laura Salter's creative quilt takes on an Asian flair with her fabric selections and variety of blocks with fans and clam shells. Beautiful!
-Ruth Prescott is going to have one very happy little person when she gifts this fun construction-themed quilt with its detailed applique'.
-Donna Johnson's fondness for cats is evident in these two fun bags depicting just what cats love to do...explore. A bonus is that the lining for her bags is fabric from the free table.
-Janet Finney is sharing her love of sunflowers with the added twist of an array of yellow and blue blocks.
-Jody Cheatum will also be making a little person very excited with both a full-sized and a mini bag to tote ballet accessories in.
-Patty Nelson's cheerful table mat with baskets of daisies will enhance any dining space.
-Dona Koster was very busy this month making mini quilts, a four season windowpane snowman quilt, and a quilt with cascading oval dots in graduated colors. Wow... looks challenging, but fun!
-Nancy Rezac's quilt will mark the spot with this eye-catching array of navy and cream Xes.
-Michelle Crisler quilted a very contemporary design that we all see frequently now...a QR code. This might be a new way to keep a record of our quilts by photographing and making a QR code linked to them. Hmm!
